VNX notes Bermuda licence obtained by group entity

VNX Global Ltd., a VNX Group entity, has obtained a licence under Bermuda's Digital Asset Business Act 2018

VNX Global Ltd., a VNX Group entity, has obtained a licence under Bermuda's Digital Asset Business Act 2018 which marks an important milestone in the expansion of its regulated asset infrastructure. This achievement represents an important step in the continued development of the group's international corporate and regulatory structure.

Bermuda is an attractive jurisdiction for digital asset businesses because it combines regulatory clarity with a mature international financial services ecosystem. Its Digital Asset Business Act 2018 established a dedicated legal framework for digital asset activity under the supervision of the Bermuda Monetary Authority, and that framework has continued to evolve with more detailed guidance for areas such as custody and single-currency pegged stablecoins. Continued growth in licensed digital asset firms further highlights Bermuda's position as a credible and forward-looking hub for regulated innovation.

For VNX Global Ltd., the licence also helps create the conditions for improved fiat-to-digital asset flows, stronger liquidity infrastructure, and broader adoption of VNX products across payments, trading and onchain finance. The establishment of VNX Global Ltd. being licensed under Bermuda's Digital Asset Business Act 2018 reflects the group's broader focus on long-term international infrastructure and regulatory development in the digital asset sector.

This announcement is provided for corporate information purposes only. It does not constitute an offer, solicitation or invitation relating to any digital asset services or products in any jurisdiction.

Strategic Focus on Supported Blockchains

VNX is consolidating the networks on which active technical support will continue to be maintained.

Dear VNX community, partners, and holders,

VNX tokens — VEUR, VCHF, VGBP, and VNXAU — are currently live on 14 blockchains. VNX is consolidating the networks on which active technical support will continue to be maintained.

Networks on which active support will continue

  • Ethereum
  • Solana
  • Stellar
  • ICP
  • Base
  • Celo
  • Etherlink/Tezos
  • Q (VNXAU)

Networks on which active support will be discontinued

  • Polygon
  • Avalanche
  • Arbitrum
  • XRPL
  • Fraxtal
  • Concordium

Background

Maintaining active technical support across a broad number of networks requires significant operational and technical resources. The consolidation is intended to simplify ongoing support and ensure that technical resources are focused on a reduced number of networks.

By consolidating network support, VNX aims to simplify technical operations and maintain a clearer support framework for holders and partners.

This update does not reflect any assessment of the networks on which active support will be discontinued. It is an operational measure to simplify and focus technical support.

What this means for holders on affected networks

  • Existing tokens can be swapped on the VNX platform.
  • Holders are kindly asked to review their holdings on the affected networks and complete any required swap by 31 May.
  • After that date, VNX will no longer maintain active support for these assets on the affected networks.

Thank you for the trust you have placed in us. This consolidation is intended to ensure a clearer and more focused technical support framework going forward.
